Application assistance

In order to grow or process industrial hemp in the United States you must be part of a state run "Pilot Program" authorized by Section 7606 of the 2014 Agricultural Act. We have filled out many and can make sure yours has no deficiencies and will allow you to succeed under that license for years.

Compliance Auditing

Are you already doing business in the hemp industry but not sure if you are following all the confusing regulations correctly? We will go through your operations and make sure you are operating in compliance with all rules and regulations.

Policy analysis and advocacy

As policy and regulations shift, we are acutely aware of the ramifications they will have on the cannabis industries for decades. Our goal to make sure that lawmakers and regualtors are informed about the complicated business, agronomy, and operations of those involved. Further, we are dedicated to ensuring New York farms and businesses are allowed to flourish in the hemp market and large corporations aren't able to take advantage.

Whether you're curious about the state of hemp politics, or have a specific issue you're passionate about, we're here to help.
